All Lien Ninh buses are supplied by VinFast, comprising 26 large EB10 models, 72 medium EB8 models, and 13 small EB6 models. VinFast designed these electric buses with low floors, optimizing them for the elderly, children, and people with disabilities.
All three VinFast electric bus models are equipped with amenities such as: information screens, an automatic stop announcement system, Wi-Fi, security cameras, and driver assistance technology including collision warning and lane monitoring. To support its pure electric bus fleet, the company also installed a system of 40 charging stations at depots and termini.

"This is an opportunity for the company to establish new transport standards that are cleaner, safer, and more stable", he said. "We are committed to pursuing green transformation as a long-term development direction, contributing to the environment and the quality of life for the capital's residents".

At the event on 4/12, Nguyen Manh Quyen, Vice Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee (UBND), said the city commends the company's efforts in preparing, investing, and converting its entire fleet to electric buses. "We also appreciate the supportive role of VinFast, V-Green, and partners within the Vingroup ecosystem during this transition. This collaboration will create a foundation for passenger transport companies to accelerate the green transformation of the capital's public transport system", he stated.
Lien Ninh's decision to convert its entire fleet to electric buses marks a significant step forward for Hanoi's passenger transport sector, positioning the city as a national leader in greening public transport. In addition to VinBus and Lien Ninh, which operate pure electric fleets, other major companies such as Transerco, Bao Yen, Newway, and Hanoi Electric Vehicle are also gradually introducing electric buses, replacing traditional internal combustion engine vehicles.
