Circle K Vietnam announced on 18/11 the appointment of TC Cheng as its new General Director. In his new capacity, Cheng will oversee all operations of Circle K Vietnam. His primary focus areas include innovating store models, enhancing customer experience, accelerating digital transformation, and securing a leading position in the convenience retail sector.

Prior to joining Circle K Vietnam, he held senior executive positions at international corporations specializing in convenience stores, pharmacies, supermarkets, hypermarkets, and e-commerce. He is recognized for his strategic vision and deep expertise in operational management, network development, marketing strategies, and human resources training.

Cheng expressed that assuming the role of General Director for Circle K Vietnam is an honor. He views the current milestone of over 500 stores as a crucial foundation for the strategic goal of expanding to 1,000 stores in the next phase. "I look forward to working with the Circle K team and our partners to continuously optimize operations, enhance service quality, create sustainable value, and deliver exceptional convenience to customers nationwide," he stated.
