Medicare launches Premier Store at Aeon Mall Tan Phu

Medicare Premier Store features an open design, natural light, and functional shopping zones, making it convenient for customers to find products and experience in-depth beauty services.

On December 6, health and beauty retail brand Medicare launched its Premier Store on the second floor of Aeon Mall Tan Phu, Ho Chi Minh City, marking a significant transformation in its 24-year journey.

Connected space, elevated shopping experience

The Premier Store boasts a premium, modern aesthetic with an open design, abundant natural light, and color schemes tailored to different health and beauty product categories. The shopping space is functionally divided into zones such as makeup, skincare, pharmacy, derma cosmetics, and functional foods, making it easy for consumers to navigate.

Notably, the "Beauty Zone, Derma Skin Zone" is specially designed for customers to test products, receive advice from beauty specialists, and experience makeup application to select suitable items.

The system also integrates technology into the shopping journey, from a member loyalty point system and app-based discount scanning to cashless payment, ensuring a convenient and seamless experience between online and in-store shopping.

Ian Macdonald, the brand's founder, stated that Medicare has developed five generations of stores, adapting to various stages of the Vietnamese market. This sixth generation store was launched after extensive market research and listening to customer needs. "Continuous evolution is our commitment to providing an upgraded experience every time customers visit Medicare," he said.

Partnership with leading brands

The launch event saw participation from representatives of major health and beauty partner brands, including L’Oreal, Unilever, Rohto, DHC, Costar, Nucos, Anessa, Pharmekal, Colorkey, and many Vietnamese brands.

Experience booths at the event allowed customers to try products, receive consultations, and enjoy promotions from various brands. The gathering of numerous international and domestic partners in one space not only demonstrates Medicare's reputation and collaborative capabilities but also strengthens the position of Vietnamese businesses within the health and beauty retail chain.

A 24-year journey of brand building

Established in 2001, Medicare is one of the early leaders in Vietnam's health and beauty industry. Starting with one store in Ho Chi Minh City, the system now has over 140 stores across Vietnam and Myanmar, serving millions of customers annually.

For over two decades, the company has remained committed to offering a diverse range of authentic, high-quality products at reasonable prices, coupled with attentive service. Its product lines cover all health, beauty, supplement, and mental wellness needs, meeting the healthy lifestyle trends of modern consumers.

With the slogan "Love Your Life", the system encourages customers to embrace self-care daily and promotes a positive, active lifestyle while appreciating true value.

After 24 years of development, the system is also advancing its "Health & Beauty Solutions" model, where customers can find comprehensive care solutions, from products and in-store experiences to digital services via its app and website.

Concurrently, the brand continues to implement the "WeCare" program – an ESG initiative aimed at reducing plastic waste, using recycled bags, and promoting a green lifestyle within the customer community.

For the 2025-2026 period, the company aims to upgrade its current store chain, expand national coverage, and accelerate digital transformation in management, customer care, and its membership program.

"The new generation of stores marks a strategic step in Medicare's development journey as a modern, sustainable retail brand that always places product quality and customer experience at its core," emphasized Ian Macdonald, the brand's founder.
