The foundation for FE Credit's sustainable development

A culture that respects individual values and a work environment encouraging growth have become the foundation for FE Credit to sustain growth and a stable workforce throughout its 15 years of operation.

On its journey to expand financial access for millions of Vietnamese people, FE Credit, a member of the VPBank financial ecosystem, not only invests in technology and infrastructure but also focuses on building internal culture, nurturing employee well-being, and developing team capabilities. The company aims to create a work environment where employees are respected, empowered, and have opportunities for long-term development.

At FE Credit, each employee is considered a "creator", contributing directly to the organization's value and sustainability. The combination of expertise, teamwork, and recognition of individual efforts helps the company maintain a stable workforce capable of navigating market fluctuations.

Over the past 15 years, FE Credit has nurtured the career stories of thousands of employees. Pham Lan Phuong Han, Head of the Customer Service Department, shared that her nine years with the company have allowed her to continuously learn and transform her approach to customer care. The Customer Service Center has shifted from a "Smile" model to a "Heart" model, emphasizing empathy and a customer-centric focus. "I am fortunate to always have the support of my managers and team, which has helped me grow through each stage", she stated.

For young employees like Huynh Le Bao Nguyen at the Marketing and Communications Center, even after only four months, the open environment has provided opportunities to participate in major projects and take on new roles.

"Young people's ideas are always heard and supported. This helps me learn every day and improve myself", Nguyen shared.

The spirit of cohesion continues to spread widely through a series of activities celebrating FE Credit's 15th anniversary, organized in november. Nearly 13,000 employees across the system participated in programs such as "Khi sep la barista" (When the Boss is a Barista), "Ca phe gan ket" (Coffee Connection), and the "Tu hao la FECers" (Proud to be FECers) competition. These activities not only create a cheerful atmosphere but also help colleagues understand each other better, increasing workplace cohesion.

Many employees believe that these small but meaningful experiences help them more clearly experience the "common home" culture at FE Credit, where they gain motivation and a sense of belonging to the organization.

The cultural values built over 15 years serve as a foundation for FE Credit to continue developing in a competitive and volatile market. Looking towards a new phase, FE Credit remains committed to the goal of building a fair, creative, and opportunity-providing work environment, considering people the most important foundation for sustainable development. This is also a factor expected to continue driving the company's momentum in the coming years.
