Vietjet named among "best workplaces in Vietnam 2025"

Vietjet was honored in the top 100 "best workplaces in Vietnam 2025", recognizing its efforts in building a modern, positive work environment, on the evening of 19/11.

2025 marks the second consecutive year Vietjet has been honored in this category. The "best workplaces in Vietnam" ranking, organized by Anphabe under the patronage of the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI), has been conducted annually since 2013. It is based on an independent survey gathering objective feedback from tens of thousands of employees nationwide, measuring employer brand attractiveness for nearly 800 businesses across 18 different industry groups. Annually, Vietjet attracts thousands of candidates for pilot, flight attendant, technical, operations, and customer service positions.

Vietjet heavily invests in human resource training and development. The Vietjet Aviation Academy (VJAA), an official training partner of the International Air Transport Association (IATA), regularly conducts international standard training programs for the airline's staff and the broader industry. The airline also focuses on developing management capabilities through advanced training programs, MBA courses, and collaborations with prestigious domestic and international universities and academies.

Vietjet employs 9,000 staff members from 66 countries. Thanks to a well-structured human resource development strategy and an exceptional benefits system, Vietjet has consistently received domestic and international HR awards for several years. These recognitions highlight the airline's commitment to fostering a professional work environment, showcasing Vietjet's positive contributions to the sustainable growth of the aviation industry and the regional labor market.
