2025 marks the second consecutive year Vietjet has been honored in this category. The "best workplaces in Vietnam" ranking, organized by Anphabe under the patronage of the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI), has been conducted annually since 2013. It is based on an independent survey gathering objective feedback from tens of thousands of employees nationwide, measuring employer brand attractiveness for nearly 800 businesses across 18 different industry groups. Annually, Vietjet attracts thousands of candidates for pilot, flight attendant, technical, operations, and customer service positions.
