She served as an inspiration for him to write the script for *Lat mat 7: Mot dieu uoc* (2024), a film that grossed over 480 billion VND.

Ly Hai, 57, is a successful box office producer, pioneering the film franchise trend in Vietnamese cinema with the *Lat mat* series. He entered film production as an outsider. After graduating from the theater course at Nghe Thuat San Khau 2 (now the University of Theater and Cinema Ho Chi Minh City), he began his singing career in the early 1990s.
In 2010, Ly Hai transitioned from the stage to directing. The successful film series made Ly Hai the first domestic director to have a series exceed 1 trillion VND in revenue.
