First runner-up Huong Ly and businessman Hoang Tung Anh celebrated their wedding on 5/12 with a traditional ancestral ceremony held at the groom's home. The event drew many close friends of the bride, including Miss Ngoc Chau, first runner-up Quynh Anh, models Kim Dung and Nhu My, and Miss Universe Vietnam President Valentin Tran, all wearing matching ao dai.

Miss Universe Vietnam 2022 Ngoc Chau shared that she had arranged her work weeks in advance to travel from TP HCM to Hanoi for the wedding. She and Huong Ly have been close friends for many years in the fashion industry, both emerging from the Vietnam's Next Top Model competition. "I feel happy by association seeing my colleague achieve the family life she wished for", Ngoc Chau said.

Huong Ly expressed her nervousness for several days leading up to the event. She woke up early to do her makeup and hair, awaiting the groom's family for the ceremony. She also personally arranged the tea table to welcome guests.

Earlier, Huong Ly and her husband held a ceremony at a church. They exchanged vows witnessed by family, relatives, and close friends. The first runner-up said, "I promise to be by your side in prosperity as well as in hardship".

The groom's home was decorated with many fresh flowers, predominantly yellow, symbolizing prosperity and abundance. The couple wore matching ao dai for the ceremony, followed by joyful moments with their friends. They will hold their wedding reception on 6/12, with many showbiz friends expected to attend.

Huong Ly held her engagement ceremony in her hometown of Gia Lai in late November. They had taken their wedding photos in Australia several weeks prior. The first runner-up accepted Tung Anh's proposal during a trip to Mount Fuji, Japan, in February.

The beauty and her husband were together for many years before deciding to move in together. Huong Ly shared that during the first two years, they faced the challenge of a long-distance relationship, with Tung Anh residing in Hanoi and her primarily working in TP HCM. Gradually, they learned to arrange and balance their schedules to spend more time together. She described her husband as considerate and understanding of her showbiz career. After marriage, she plans to move to the North to live closer to her husband and manage their home.

Her full name is Nguyen Thi Huong Ly, 30 years old, from Gia Lai. She is 1,76 m tall with measurements of 83-62-95 cm. Huong Ly was the winner of Vietnam's Next Top Model 2015. For many years, she has worked as a professional model, becoming a muse for numerous fashion houses. She has competed in several beauty pageants, with her highest achievement being first runner-up at Miss Universe Vietnam 2023.
