ColosBaby is a premium powdered milk product line from VitaDairy Vietnam Joint Stock Company, distinguished by its ColosIgG 24h colostrum ingredient imported from the US. According to the research "Clinical benefits of lactoferrin for infants and children" by Doctor Paolo Manzoni, published in The Journal of Pediatrics, lactoferrin is a whey protein. Notably, bovine lactoferrin (extracted and refined from cow's milk) and human lactoferrin (extracted from colostrum or produced via recombinant technology) share high structural similarity, with a 77% resemblance. Bovine lactoferrin is added to commercial milk formulas in several countries and has been recognized as safe by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Lactoferrin exhibits a high survival rate after ingestion. After passing through the stomach, lactoferrin is absorbed and highly active in the intestines. Doctor Paolo Manzoni noted that among the bioactive substances found in breast milk, lactoferrin is comprehensively involved in anti-infection mechanisms.

A report titled "Building golden immunity for children - the role of breast milk and breastfeeding" by Doctor Nguyen Thi Thu Hau, Head of the Nutrition Department at Children's Hospital 2, indicates that due to its high affinity for iron, lactoferrin not only acts as an iron transporter but also eliminates harmful bacteria that require iron for survival and growth. In other words, lactoferrin destroys harmful bacteria, regulates iron absorption in the small intestine, balances the microbiome, and modulates immunity.

IgHM is a unique protein isolated from bovine colostrum, utilizing advanced technology to select antibodies with 3D structures similar to natural antibodies in breast milk, thereby helping to replenish antibodies.

To isolate IgHM, the manufacturer applied a three-step process for selecting proteins from bovine colostrum. First, identifying antibody structures through a technology platform and big data. The next step involves filtering antibody proteins to ensure that only molecules with 3D structures similar to breast milk antibodies and optimal biological activity are retained. The third step is biological verification and referencing against breast milk data to ensure optimal safety and biological efficacy when applied to the product.

Similar to other ColosBaby product lines, ColosBaby Lactoferrin 3+ also contains ColosIgG 24h colostrum imported from the US, rich in natural antibodies like IgG – an ingredient that directly boosts immunity and reduces respiratory infections.
