Smile ID campaign aims for 'the right choice' in cosmetic dentistry

The Smile ID by IPS e.max campaign partners with leading dental clinics to spread the message of "the right choice" based on three factors: the right dental clinic, lab, and material.

Medent Medical Equipment Co., Ltd., the exclusive distributor of Ivoclar's (Europe) IPS e.max ceramic material, launched the campaign in collaboration with nearly 50 dental clinics and labs since mid-September in TP HCM and Ha Noi.

According to a Medent representative, the campaign draws inspiration from the current state of the dental industry, where diverse information leaves customers lacking the basis and confidence to make informed decisions. This can lead to consequences affecting eating and chewing functions, the long-term aesthetics of a smile, and even cause a lack of self-confidence, creating barriers in communication and daily life.

The campaign's practical activities aim to clarify the message "Because it's right, it's beautiful," providing customers with useful information to consider and make informed choices in cosmetic dentistry. These activities include a series of "Smile Tour" roadshows, in-depth knowledge-sharing sessions, and presentations of successful treatment cases.

To convey the message visually, Smile ID by IPS e.max organized its "Smile Tour" roadshows at various dental clinics, including: Worldwide Dental and Aesthetic Hospital, Nhan Tam Dental Clinic, and Vien Dong Dental Clinic in TP HCM; and Home Dental Clinic and Medlatec - MedDental Dental System in Ha Noi.

The knowledge-sharing sessions allow customers to participate in discussions and Q&A with dental experts, addressing questions about treatment indications, techniques, and IPS e.max material.

Additionally, the program shares stories from successful treatment cases through before-and-after images and testimonials from restored patients, demonstrating the effectiveness of correct treatment and the significance of a suitable, confident smile.

As a clinical advisor for Ivoclar Group, a key partner of Medent, Dr. Tran Ngoc Hai provided valuable information about the IPS e.max ceramic line. According to the doctor, choosing the right material is crucial for a correct treatment indication, as using the wrong material or incorrect technical procedures during tooth fabrication can significantly impact patient health and trust.

Identifying a quality ceramic material requires not only initial analysis and selection but also verification over time. For over 20 years of clinical application and verification, Ivoclar has published data on IPS e.max every 5 years, along with necessary improvements. "This is compelling evidence that speaks to the reputation of this global ceramic system in cosmetic dentistry," shared Dr. Tran Ngoc Hai.

Representatives of strategic partners also agreed that through Smile ID by IPS e.max, customers can easily find quality dental clinics committed to providing excellent and suitable treatment results, ensuring each procedure delivers not only a beautiful smile but also one that lasts over time.

Smile ID by IPS e.max is an initiative by Medent Company and Ivoclar Group (Europe/Liechtenstein), aiming to build a reliable dental ecosystem in Vietnam. The campaign brings together nearly 50 partner clinics and labs to spread the right values, helping customers strengthen their confidence, enabling doctors to trust appropriate treatment indications for patients, and recognizing the contributions of lab technicians in the journey of creating beautiful smiles for clients.
