The body of Aeron Lee Khei Chen, a Malaysian national, was discovered on the Trung Luong - My Thuan expressway on 24/11. Chen had arrived at Tan Son Nhat airport at 10 AM that day from Malaysia. His body was found around 1 PM near kilometer 97+400 in My Loi commune by drivers heading from TP HCM to the western region.

Motorists reported seeing the body in lane 1, close to the median strip, and swerved into lane 2 to avoid it before alerting police.

The victim was wearing long pants and a black long-sleeved t-shirt, with only one white sports shoe remaining on his feet. He had bloodstains on his head and face. No cars, motorcycles, or other vehicles were found at the scene.

Police are reviewing camera footage as part of their investigation. The presence of law enforcement at the scene required expressway patrol teams to slow traffic, causing localized congestion.
