The Hanoi Department of Construction recently issued a traffic diversion plan to ensure safety for the construction of projects to renovate, upgrade, and build new drainage infrastructure. These projects target the Resco, Ecohome, Tay Ho Tay, Diplomatic Corps, and Ciputra urban areas, as well as the Vo Chi Cong, Long Bien, Dong Anh, and Gia Lam areas.
On Xuan Tao Road, from the DT4 intersection to Hoang Quoc Viet Road, the construction unit will install a rolling barrier, 20 m long and 3 m wide, for underground culvert installation. The remaining road width will be an average of 12 m. Specifically, the section leading to Nguyen Van Huyen overpass will be 9 m for traffic. This work will be carried out from 16/2 to 31/3.
On the right service road of Thang Long Avenue, from Km9+750 to Km10+000 in the direction of Hoa Lac, a mobile rolling barrier, 20 m long and 4 m wide, will be set up, leaving 7 m of road width. Construction will take place from 22h to 5h the following day, from 16/2 to 31/3.
On Lai Yen Road in the Bac An Khanh urban area, half of the road will be barricaded to connect culverts to a temporary pump station. The lane from Thang Long Avenue into An Khanh urban area will have 5 m for vehicles to pass.
