The medals are made from durable materials, designed to be impact-resistant, with gold, silver, and nickel finishes to prevent peeling. They have a diameter of 8,5 cm and a thickness of 0,8 cm.

The medals for the Southeast Asian Para Games - 13th ASEAN Para Games, scheduled to take place in Nakhon Ratchasima from 20/1 to 26/1/2026, share a similar overall design to the 33rd SEA Games medals, differing only in their emblem and thematic inscription.
