The British Royal Family hosted a reception for German President Frank-Walter Steinmeier at Windsor Castle on 3/12, during his visit to England. Princess Kate Middleton, 43, attended the event alongside Prince William, King Charles, and Queen Camilla.
Princess Kate caught attention at the reception, appearing in the late Queen Victoria's Oriental Circlet tiara and wearing a sparkling blue Jenny Packham gown. She complemented her look with earrings from the late Queen Elizabeth and her royal orders.
This marks the fifth tiara Princess Kate has worn, and it is the largest she has used to date.

The tiara was crafted in 1853 for the late Queen Victoria under the direction of her husband, Prince Albert. Princess Kate may have chosen the Oriental Circlet to honor the guest, as Prince Albert was German.
The tiara is adorned with 2,600 diamonds and rubies. The late Queen Elizabeth Angela Marguerite Bowes-Lyon and the late Queen Elizabeth previously wore this tiara.
Kate first wore a tiara when she married William in 2011, donning the Cartier Halo tiara as she walked down the aisle. She has also worn the Lotus Flower tiara, the Strathmore Rose tiara, and the Queen Mary Lover's Knot tiara for important events such as state dinners, diplomatic receptions, and royal weddings.
