According to Tam, after consolidation, the province now has a broader development space, connecting coastal, delta, and mountainous regions. The government is committed to supporting businesses, using their development and satisfaction as a measure of governance effectiveness. The motto is: "Government accompanies - Businesses lead - Quang Ngai develops."

The provincial chairman expects businesses to foster unity and mutual cooperation, allowing larger enterprises to guide smaller ones, ensuring "no business has to go it alone."
