The performance created a buzz at Hoa Minzy's 12-year career anniversary concert on 1/2 in Ho Chi Minh City. Trinh Ngoc Hieu assisted the singer in an aerial rope stunt, balancing her mid-air without safety equipment. Following the concert, he became a subject of public interest, with audiences searching for his information and images.

Ngoc Hieu, originally from Hung Yen, possesses a striking appearance, standing 1,75 m tall with a toned physique. He has been a professional circus performer for nearly 10 years.

Trinh Ngoc Hieu graduated from the Vietnam Circus School in 2017, subsequently working with several professional troupes. His notable achievement includes a silver prize at the International Circus Festival 2018. For years, he has been based in Ho Chi Minh City, working as a freelance performer.

He discovered the circus at age 12, often watching performances on screen. When a troupe visited his hometown seeking trainees, he applied and was accepted. After gaining admission to a professional school, he received support to pursue his passion, despite his family having no background in the arts.

His specialty lies in aerial rope acts. Ngoc Hieu frequently performs in a duo with his colleague Trinh Thang (above), gaining experience from his senior. Consequently, when Hoa Minzy invited him to assist at her concert, he expressed confidence in performing the necessary movements.

Ngoc Hieu recounted his rigorous training, which included wrist and leg injuries, and even bleeding during practice. He considers himself fortunate, however, having avoided serious stage accidents throughout his career. "This profession demands passion to endure", he stated. "During performances, a circus artist must remain calm, focused, and meticulous."

Previously, he appeared on game shows such as "Super Surprise 2020" and "Who Is That Person 2022". Ngoc Hieu also ranked among the top 3 attractive faces in a fitness model competition.

In the future, he plans to create a unique performance that celebrates the culture and heritage of Hung Yen, his hometown. "To achieve this dream, I must work harder and further refine my skills", he remarked.

Beyond his circus career, Ngoc Hieu also works as a photo model. He stated that his income has been sufficient for living expenses in recent years. The only exception was during the 2019-2021 pandemic, when work halted, compelling him to return to his hometown for a period.

He maintains his physique through daily activities such as running, gym workouts, or playing pickleball, dedicating about two hours each day.

Ngoc Hieu favors monochromatic attire, primarily in white and black.

He currently has nearly 200,000 social media followers.
