Dat G and his wife, Cindy Lu, have maintained a close friendship with Hang BingBoong for many years. When the singer decided to move to France to live with her boyfriend and later gave birth to their first child, they had fewer opportunities to connect. After her relationship broke down due to differing life perspectives, Hang BingBoong returned to Vietnam with her child, carrying much sadness and a loss of inspiration for her craft. For this project, Dat G accompanied Hang BingBoong in multiple roles, including musician and producer. "I felt that the music within her was still smoldering and needed to be rekindled for that flame to ignite," Dat G stated.

Hang BingBoong expressed gratitude that after a series of life's ups and downs, everyone remained by her side, offering advice and motivation. She recounted that on her first day back in the recording studio, she could not sing due to her mixed emotions, and her throat felt tight. At that moment, Dat G did not show anger but encouraged her with the words, "You did well, but let's record it again to make it even better."

According to Hang BingBoong, they also shared a deep understanding through life stories and exchanged parenting tips. Dat G, Cindy Lu, and Hang BingBoong typically dedicate the beginning of the week to work, while Saturdays and Sundays are spent playing sports together and dedicating time to their children.

On the E.P, Hang BingBoong also collaborated with long-time colleagues such as Justatee and Hoang Ton, as well as new partners including 2pillz, rapper KayC, Nhat Nguyen, and Zoshy.

The singer presents a youthful image in new musical works like "Keo Thom", "Mo Bat", and "Buondaqua". Musically, Hang BingBoong retains her strength in R&B but incorporates more modern arrangements.

In the title MV, she dyed her hair in various styles. Hang BingBoong also performed complex choreography with a dance troupe. Musician Chau Dang Khoa expressed surprise at the "transformation" of his senior colleague. "I expect Hang BingBoong's return to bring excitement to audiences," he remarked.

The "Thu Cuoi" vocalist acknowledged the pressure from the evolving music scene and the emergence of many talented Gen Z artists. "If I didn't dare to experiment or change, I would forever stagnate, unsure of what suited me. Therefore, I pushed my fears aside to move forward," the singer stated.

Her real name is Vu Thanh Hang, 36 years old. She became known to audiences after the first season of The Voice of Vietnam in 2012. She left her mark with songs like "Nhieu Hon Luc Ban Dau", "Loi Vang", "Noi Em Nghe Ve Co Ay", and especially the hit "Thu Cuoi".

Hang BingBoong met her Vietnamese-French boyfriend, who was two years her junior. In 2020, she announced a break from singing to move to France. One year later, the singer separated from her boyfriend and began life raising her child alone; her child is currently five years old.
