On 31/5, Bac Cam Ranh Ward Police, in coordination with relevant units, conducted a scene investigation to identify the victim discovered at Bai Ngan.

The discovery was made earlier by fishermen exploring the rocky coastal area near Bai Ngan, where they found the human skeleton lodged among large rocks. Faded and decayed fabric remnants were scattered nearby. The area is known for being remote and sparsely trafficked.

Preliminary findings indicate the victim was male. Bac Cam Ranh Ward Police are appealing to the public for any information that could assist in identifying the individual and furthering the investigation.
