Teenager's motorbike crash while fleeing leads to discovery of 3 thefts

A 17-year-old, Jham Kpor, was found unconscious by a roadside after a motorbike crash, which led police to uncover his involvement in a series of motorbike thefts in the locality.

Y Jham Kpor was arrested by Ea Ning Commune Police on 28/5 for property theft. The arrest came after authorities were alerted to a bizarre incident involving the teenager.

Two days earlier, authorities received reports from residents about an unconscious teenager found alongside a motorbike on a roadside in Hamlet 2A. Police later identified the motorbike as belonging to Nguyen Van Loc, 34, a resident of Ea Ning Commune. Y Jham had stolen it.

The teenager confessed he fell unconscious after braking suddenly while attempting to flee. He also admitted to stealing two other motorbikes from Dang Kang and Ea Ning communes. He used these vehicles until they ran out of fuel, then abandoned them by the roadside in Ea Ning commune.
