Bon AI virtual assistant answers questions for pregnant women and new mothers

The Bon Spa system introduces Bon AI, a virtual assistant using artificial intelligence to address the concerns of pregnant women and postpartum mothers.

At an event on 5/6, Trang Phuong, CEO and founder of Bon Spa, said that throughout the system's years of operation, she and her colleagues realized that most expectant and new mothers face health, mental, and beauty challenges. However, they lack companionship, someone to listen to and advise them promptly, especially during sensitive times, outside of office hours, or when it's inconvenient to see a doctor or specialist.

Based on this reality, the system's technical team spent considerable time researching and launching Bon AI to fill that gap, enabling women to proactively seek information, receive advice, and feel understood anytime, anywhere.

Bon AI is built on a foundation of real-world data after more than 5 years of serving thousands of the company's customers. Combining expertise from a team of obstetricians, nutritionists, physical therapists, and beauty specialists, the application is positioned as a "reliable virtual expert," providing real-time, responsive, and personalized advice.

According to Phuong, Bon AI does not replace humans but supports Bon Spa specialists in becoming more timely companions for each expectant and new mother.

In addition, thanks to artificial intelligence technology, specialists can quickly grasp the needs of each customer and provide more accurate advice, thereby delivering comprehensive and close care, like having a loved one by their side.
