In her mukbang sessions, she can devour 20 hamburgers, 20 packs of ramen, or 240 pieces of sushi. Tzuyang (Park Jung-won's nickname) once conquered a 3 kg beefsteak challenge with sides at a Hungarian restaurant and another time, polished off 12 kg of raw oysters.
This extraordinary appetite has earned her 12 million followers on social media but also sparked controversy. Some have accused her of faking her feats through video editing or purging after eating.
Tzuyang insists her prodigious appetite is natural, requiring no training to stay in shape.
Most viewers support her, finding her eating style "charming and appetizing rather than repulsive".

To address the skepticism, Tzuyang released her health check results. Doctors concluded her stomach capacity is 30-40% larger than other women her size, exceeding even many adult men. This, combined with rapid digestion and elimination, allows her to process vast quantities of food without full absorption.
Her medical report shows ideal health indicators: a body mass index (BMI) of 17.5 (slightly underweight), a six-month average blood sugar level of 5.2%, a clean colon with no polyps, and healthy kidney function.
One expert likened her body to a "food vacuum cleaner" due to her exceptionally fast digestion, which explains her frequent hunger.

Dr. Seo Jae Gul, a public health expert in Seoul, believes Tzuyang’s small intestine limits absorption, quickly moving food to the large intestine.
These findings reassured her fans. "Most of us couldn't eat like Tzuyang without health consequences. This 'stomach queen' is truly gifted," one commenter wrote.
