"I see them playing better because of the clear connection – not just on the pitch, but off it as well," Amorim said after the win in the US on 30/7. "They are stronger, faster, and the intensity is completely different compared to last season. The physical data and distance covered clearly show the change. It’s the same group of players, but the gameplay can be completely different when they understand each other better."
The Portuguese manager also cautioned, "We are improving. But we must remember this is only a friendly. The real pressure will come when the season starts."

At Soldier Field in Chicago, despite playing in heavy rain, Man Utd completely outclassed Bournemouth. The "Red Devils" dominated most statistics, securing a 4-1 victory thanks to goals from Rasmus Hojlund, Patrick Dorgu, Amad Diallo, and young talent Ethan Williams.
