In the days that followed, Brooke Hogan repeatedly posted questions on social media. "I'm glad my father wasn't cremated yet, and his wife Sky is waiting because there are still many questions from the family," Brooke wrote on Instagram on 7/8. "With all the doubts surrounding my father's death, I want to voluntarily cover all the costs of an autopsy. My father deserves respect, and his legacy deserves to be protected."
Brooke shared a post by radio host and Hogan's close friend, Bubba the Love Sponge, titled "Quick Cremation Without Autopsy Raises Questions About Hulk Hogan's Death," along with a short affirmation: "Exactly."
Bubba, whose real name is Todd Clem, made several unsubstantiated allegations, including the possibility that someone injected something into Hogan's dialysis port while he was asleep, causing cardiac arrest. He also cited a Tampa Bay Times article stating that Hogan had just returned home from surgery and was awaiting dialysis when he suddenly collapsed. Paramedics reportedly administered medication for high potassium levels, a sign of kidney failure, and Narcan, an opioid overdose reversal drug, despite no indication that Hogan had used opioids.
Clearwater police, where Hogan died, confirmed there were no signs of foul play or unusual circumstances surrounding his death. According to the report, Hogan was taken to the hospital less than 90 minutes after paramedics arrived at his home on the morning of 24/7. The cause of death was determined to be "natural."
The Pinellas County Medical Examiner's Office said it did not perform an autopsy because there were no suspicious signs. According to the death certificate, Hogan's body was scheduled to be cremated at the Bay Area Crematory in Clearwater, but the specific date has not yet been announced. The cremation is reportedly on hold at Brooke's request pending a potential autopsy.

Meanwhile, Sky Daily, Hogan's third wife whom he married in 2023, reacted strongly to the questions. She believes the media is spreading misinformation from fake accounts and people not close enough to understand what happened. She urged patience and respect for the family's privacy.
Despite the lack of concrete evidence, the information from Hogan's daughter and close friends continues to draw attention to the case. The family has not yet confirmed whether an autopsy will be performed as Brooke requested.
Sky Daily, Hogan's third wife, married him in 9/2023. She reportedly has a tense relationship with other members of the Hogan family. Sources revealed that Sky "locked down" access to assets just hours after Hogan's death, raising suspicions of legal maneuvers to secure her inheritance.
