Nam Dinh FC distributed free tickets to fans at Thien Truong stadium starting at 2:30 PM on 22/6. Fans entered the stadium immediately after receiving their tickets to avoid scalpers.
Lines of fans stretched for over a hundred meters from Truong Chinh street to enter the stadium. Having hosted the V-League 2023-2024 championship celebration, Nam Dinh FC implemented a more organized system, ensuring a smooth and orderly flow of people.

Nam Dinh became the second team to win consecutive V-League titles, following HAGL (2003, 2004), Long An (2005, 2006), Binh Duong (2007, 2008 and 2014, 2015) and Ha Noi FC (2018, 2019).

The sunny weather in Nam Dinh lasted until around 4:00 PM, forcing fans in stand B to seek shade. However, by 4:30 PM, cloudy skies and a gentle breeze cooled things down.
The match between Nam Dinh and Ha Tinh kicked off at 5:00 PM. With both teams having achieved their season objectives, the game promised to be an open, attacking affair with plenty of goals.
