Hogan married Sky Daily in September 2023, less than two years before his death. Under Florida law, a spouse is entitled to at least 30% of the deceased's estate. This means Sky will automatically receive a minimum of 7.5 million USD, regardless of the will's contents.

The inheritance battle is likely to be further complicated by the involvement of Linda Hogan, Hulk Hogan's first wife. Linda received approximately 70% of Hogan's assets—including real estate, vehicles, and cash—after their 2009 divorce. At the time, it was considered one of the most expensive divorces in American entertainment history. However, Linda could still make legal claims if she discovers undistributed assets from that period.
The relationship between Sky Daily and the remaining members of the Hogan family is reportedly strained. Sources reveal that Sky restricted access to Hogan's assets just hours after his death, raising questions about potential legal maneuvers to secure her inheritance.
For years, Hogan had been estranged from his daughter, singer Brooke Hogan. The two reportedly cut ties, and he never met his twin grandchildren, Oliver and Molly Gene, born in 1/2025. Legally, if Brooke isn't named in the will, she could still petition the court for a share of the estate.
Meanwhile, Hogan's son, Nick Hogan, seems to have maintained a more stable relationship with his father and is likely to inherit the majority of the remaining assets if no disputes arise.

Before his passing, Hogan established personal trusts to ensure clear asset distribution and avoid litigation. These trusts are typically used to keep assets out of court, limiting the intervention of creditors or unwanted claims. However, if any assets aren't held in trust or are contested, the matter could still end up in probate court.
According to Celebrity Net Worth, Hogan's estate is estimated at 25 million USD. The wrestling legend owned an 11.5 million USD mansion in Clearwater, Florida, the Hogan’s Beach Shop souvenir chain, Hogan’s Hangout restaurant, and the Real American Beer brand launched last year. Hogan also appeared in several films in addition to his illustrious WWE career.
On 24/7, Hulk Hogan suffered a fatal heart attack at his home. He passed away despite being rushed to Morton Plant Hospital. Hogan is considered an icon and the most famous star in professional wrestling history, inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2005. He also appeared on the reality show "Hogan Knows Best," which garnered a large viewership.
Hogan married model Linda Claridge in 1983. This was his longest marriage and coincided with the peak of his career in both WWE and Hollywood. They had two children: Brooke Hogan (born in 1988) and Nick Hogan (born in 1990). However, the marriage ended when Linda filed for divorce in 2007, alleging infidelity.
In 2010, Hogan married Jennifer McDaniel, nearly 20 years his junior. The couple maintained a lower profile, rarely appearing together in public. This marriage lasted about 11 years before they quietly divorced in 2021.
In mid-2022, he began publicly dating Sky Daily, a yoga instructor, and they held a private wedding in Florida with close friends and family in September 2023. Hogan had no children from his marriages to Jennifer McDaniel and Sky Daily.
Despite Hogan's attempts to manage his assets through trusts, his late marriage, estranged children, and divided family could lead to complex and protracted legal battles over his estate. Without a settlement between the parties, the case may go to probate court in Florida.
