Sports Festival 2025, held at NovaWorld Phan Thiet, is a large-scale series of sports and community activities commemorating the 80th anniversary of National Day (2/9) and the People's Police Traditional Day (19/8). The event is expected to attract over 7,000 athletes and delegates from the armed forces, business community, and sports community, along with approximately 500,000 spectators and tourists.
Over two weeks, NovaWorld Phan Thiet will host the "People's Police Affection - For Comrades, For the Community" golf tournament; the "80-Year Journey - For National Security" running event with 5,000 participants; competitions in clay pigeon shooting, tennis, pickleball, and martial arts like kickboxing and muay Thai.

Alongside the sports competitions, various entertainment and community activities will also be held, including music and fashion shows, and cultural and culinary experiences. The organizing committee announced a charity fundraising program will run throughout the event to support police officers and their families in need. Funds will be raised through auctions, sales of souvenirs, and sponsorships, operating with transparency.
NovaWorld Phan Thiet, the venue for Sports Festival 2025, is a large-scale coastal tourism and entertainment complex in Lam Dong province. Having hosted numerous regional sporting and entertainment events, it is considered well-equipped in terms of infrastructure, space, and accommodations. The complex also offers diverse dining and tourism services to cater to the hundreds of thousands of visitors expected during Sports Festival 2025.

A representative of the People's Police Sports Association stated Sports Festival 2025 is an opportunity for sports exchange, strengthening community bonds, promoting physical fitness throughout society, and spreading cultural and humanitarian values focused on the armed forces.
The festival is part of NovaWorld Phan Thiet's summer program, which includes concerts, festivals, and art performances. Several prominent events will take place in August and September: Celebrity International Fashion Runway (9/8), Sports Festival 2025 (19/8-2/9), Summer Music Fest featuring Erik and Dong Nhi (30/8), and the Water Festival - Farewell to Summer (31/8). The program concludes with an art performance (1/9) and an acoustic concert (2/9).
