The head of security for the Swiss national team is personally protecting Lehmann. According to Bild on 17/7, this individual, often seen in a suit, stays close to Lehmann to prevent enthusiastic fans from bothering her.

"We consider the safety of our players a top priority," said Swiss team spokesperson, Sven Micosse. "Our head of security is always present. After matches, he's there when players interact with fans, and due to Alisha Lehmann's popularity, he sometimes accompanies her a bit further."

Lehmann is widely considered the "Most Attractive Female Soccer Player in the World". Her Instagram account currently has over 17 million followers. Her striking looks make her a constant target for fan autographs and photo requests.

Switzerland finished second in Group A of Euro 2025. On the evening of 18/7, they will face Spain, the reigning Women's World Cup champions, in the quarterfinals. Switzerland previously lost 5-1 to Spain in the round of 16 of the 2023 World Cup. A victory would propel Lehmann and her teammates to the semifinals against either France or Germany.

In 2024, Lehmann and her then-boyfriend Douglas Luiz transferred from Aston Villa to Juventus, becoming the first couple to move to and from a club together. However, they have since separated, and their careers have diverged. Luiz may leave Juventus soon, while Lehmann is staying.

Luiz and Lehmann began dating in 2021, separated a year later, and then reunited in early 2024.

Once a top midfielder in the English Premier League, Luiz struggled to adapt to Serie A after joining Juventus, playing only 27 games in the 2024-2025 season. The 27-year-old Brazilian star may return to England this summer.
