Right-back Bui Tien Dung (The Cong - red shirt) ranked 21st in minutes played with 1823 minutes. His inclusion was also unexpected, considering The Cong conceded 29 goals, the eighth highest in the league. In the right-back position, The Cong had Truong Tien Anh, who contributed eight assists, and played consistently in a season where this position lacked standout names. |
Goalkeeper Nguyen Dinh Trieu (Hai Phong) was a surprise inclusion in the dream team. In 899 minutes of play, the 1991-born goalkeeper conceded 13 goals, kept seven clean sheets, and had a save percentage of 68%.
Meanwhile, Tran Nguyen Manh of Nam Dinh conceded the fewest goals with 12, kept the most clean sheets with 11, and had a save percentage of 71%. Nguyen Filip of Cong An Ha Noi (CAHN) conceded 13 goals, kept 9 clean sheets, and had a save percentage of 77%.

Left-back Cao Quang Vinh Pendant (CAHN) ranked third among left-backs in minutes played, with 2,076 minutes in 24 matches. He ranked behind Mai Sy Hoang of Ha Tinh (2,082 minutes - 24 matches) and Duong Van Khoa of Binh Dinh (2,145 minutes - 25 matches). However, the French-Vietnamese player brought stability, contributing to CAHN's third-place finish with 23 goals conceded, the third lowest in the league after Nam Dinh (18) and Ha Tinh (20). |

Center-back Adou Minh Leygley (Ha Tinh - white shirt) is the second French-Vietnamese player in the dream team. With 1980 minutes played, he ranked sixth among center-backs. However, Adou Minh's contribution was considered less significant than his partner Helerson. The Brazilian player was the most-played center-back with 2,189 minutes and was the backbone of the team's unbeaten first half of the season, a V-League record of 15 draws, and 20 goals conceded, second only to Nam Dinh (18). |

Center-back Nguyen Thanh Chung (Ha Noi FC - white shirt left) ranked 19th among center-backs in minutes played with 1,576 minutes in 19 matches. He remained Ha Noi FC's most consistent center-back this season compared to Dao Van Nam Kyle Colonna or Do Duy Manh. With Thanh Chung, Ha Noi FC only conceded 14 goals in 19 matches, while conceding 11 goals in the remaining seven matches. |

Central midfielder Caio Cesar (Nam Dinh) was one of the best central midfielders in the V-League and contributed significantly to the championship title. With 1,809 minutes in 21 matches, he ranked eighth among central midfielders. In addition to scoring two goals and providing two assists, Caio and Romulo made Nam Dinh's midfield nearly impenetrable. |

Right midfielder Nguyen Hai Long (Ha Noi FC) had an explosive first half of the season but lacked consistency in the second half. He scored 5 goals and provided two assists in 1,269 minutes across 22 matches. Hai Long performed better as a super-sub, coming off the bench to make a difference. |

Left midfielder Nguyen Van Vi (Nam Dinh) scored three goals and provided four assists in 1,482 minutes across 25 matches. He was the most effective left-winger this season when coach Vu Hong Viet pushed him upfield, combining effectively with left-back Nguyen Phong Hong Duy. |
Central midfielder Nguyen Quang Hai (CAHN) played 2,103 minutes in 25 matches, leading the list of players in his position. The 1997-born midfielder had eight assists, equal to Nguyen Huu Son (Hai Phong), Pham Tuan Hai (Ha Noi FC), Truong Tien Anh (The Cong), and only one less than the leader Khuat Van Khang (The Cong). With three goals, Quang Hai was the midfielder with the most goals in the V-League. At CAHN, Alan Sebastiao ranked above Quang Hai with 14 goals and 5 assists, followed by Leonardo Artur with 10 goals and 6 assists.

Forward Nguyen Tien Linh (Binh Duong) was the best domestic striker in the V-League this season. However, a statistical error cost the 1997-born striker a goal, losing the top scorer title to Lucao and Alan. Tien Linh contributed 45% of Binh Duong's goals. Tien Linh's achievement was recorded after 25 matches, with a goal every 150 minutes. This statistic ranked fifth among players with over 10 matches, behind Nguyen Huu Thang (147 minutes), Joao Pedro (138), Daniel Passira (135), and Alan Sebastiao (112).

Forward Alan Sebastiao (CAHN) was named the most valuable player and top scorer of the V-League 2024-2025. The Brazilian forward scored 14 goals, the same as Lucao of Hai Phong, but played seven fewer matches. Alan's efficiency was the best among players with over 10 matches this season with 0.78 goals per match, scoring every 112 minutes. Additionally, the 1998-born forward ranked 13th in assists with five.
Nguyen Xuan Son's injury opened opportunities for other strikers. Before his injury, the Brazilian-born naturalized striker scored 7 goals, achieving the best efficiency with a goal per match, scoring every 82 minutes.

Coach Vu Hong Viet (Nam Dinh) became the sixth coach to win the V-League in two consecutive seasons, following Arjhan Srongngamsub of HAGL (2003 and 2004), Henrique Calisto (Long An - 2005, 2006), Le Thuy Hai (Binh Duong - 2007, 2008), Nguyen Thanh Son (Binh Duong - 2014, 2015), and Chu Dinh Nghiem (Ha Noi FC - 2018, 2019).
The 1979-born coach faced doubts during his first championship win, due to the significant influence of striker Rafaelson (Nguyen Xuan Son). However, this season, when Xuan Son suffered a season-ending injury in round 9, coach Vu Hong Viet still built Nam Dinh into a winning team.
Nam Dinh achieved the longest unbeaten streak of 15 matches, from round 12 to 26, the longest winning streak of 7 matches from round 20 to 26, the most wins (17), fewest losses (3), most goals scored (51), fewest goals conceded (18), and most clean sheets (11).
