Phan Huu Hieu, known as "Saigon's biggest drug lord," has confessed to an additional crime of trafficking 95 heroin bricks with his accomplices while on death row.
Flavio Gabriel Batista, who had been on the run after a 320 kg cocaine smuggling operation, was arrested at his mother's home, with 50 kg of the drug found buried in the garden.
