President Zelensky announced the death of the commander of the 110th Separate Mechanized Brigade and several other soldiers in a Russian missile strike on Dnipropetrovsk province.
Russian officials say their forces have taken control of the first village in Dnipropetrovsk province, near the administrative border with Donetsk province.
