Police investigate driver accused of threatening couple, charging 700,000 VND for motorbike taxi ride
A couple reported being threatened and overcharged 700,000 VND for two motorbike taxi rides totaling about 15 km from My Dinh bus station to near Bac Thang Long industrial park.
