The Trump administration will ask the Supreme Court for a quick decision on an appeals court ruling that declared "most of the tariffs illegal."

The Trump administration is continuing trade negotiations with other countries despite a court ruling that many of the president's tariffs are unlawful.

Eight legal and administrative procedures, including filing lawsuits and submitting evidence, are expected to be available online, according to a draft resolution by the Supreme People’s Court.
