The International Volleyball Federation (FIVB) mistakenly included Dang Thi Hong, an athlete currently serving a ban, on Vietnam's roster for their match against Chile on 15/8.
Dang Thi Hong and Nguyen Phuong Quynh were absent from Vietnam's 3-1 victory over Puerto Rico in their final Pool A match of the 2025 FIVB Volleyball Women's U21 World Championship.
