Female driver drank 8 cans of beer before fatally hitting commune chairman in Dak Lak
Le Thi Cam Chi, 34, was sentenced to three years in prison for drunk driving, hitting and killing a commune chairman who was directing traffic on National Highway 27, Dray Bhang commune.
