Due to two consecutive strengthening cold air masses, from 28/11, the lowest temperature in Ho Chi Minh City could decrease to below 20 degrees Celsius and last until 6/12.
Starting 17/11, the season's strongest cold air mass will arrive, bringing temperatures in the northern region down to below 5 degrees Celsius and heavy rain to the central region.
