Interim President Delcy Rodriguez of Venezuela has appointed General Gonzalez Lopez as the new commander of the Presidential Guard and head of military intelligence.
Interim President Rodriguez affirmed that no foreign power is running Venezuela, after the United States stated it would temporarily manage the nation.
