Gasoline price approaches 19,000 VND per liter VnExpress Gasoline and oil prices (excluding fuel oil) both increased by 140-220 VND per liter from 3 PM today, following a joint adjustment by the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Ministry of Finance.
