Hailstorms and thunderstorms on the evening of 2/5 caused widespread damage across several northern provinces, with Thai Nguyen being the most severely affected.
From yesterday afternoon until this morning, northern mountainous provinces including Tuyen Quang and Lao Cai were hit by storms and hailstorms, damaging homes and crops.
