Proposal to convert nearly 1,000 vacant resettlement apartments into worker housing
The Ho Chi Minh City Confederation of Labor has proposed that the city People's Committee convert 953 resettlement apartments, vacant for many years at Vinh Loc B Residential Area, into affordable rental housing for workers.
