Vu Thuy Trang and Truong Thoai Vinh are accused of producing and selling over 70,000 jars of fake stewed bird's nest online, branded "Yen chung san Gold Nest" and "Mina Nest - Thuong dinh yen Khanh Hoa", totaling over 15 tons.
Nguyen Thi Nga is accused of operating an online business with revenue exceeding 35 billion dong, failing to declare or incorrectly declaring income, and evading over 675 million dong in taxes.
