Many key projects within Hanoi's drainage system have completed major components, ready for operation to reduce flooding and regulate rainwater in the inner city.
The initial 22 km section of the Khanh Hoa - Buon Ma Thuot expressway, traversing Ninh Hoa town, is set to open for traffic from 9 AM on 28/5, following its assessment as meeting acceptance conditions.
