Nguyen Phuong Anh is the only student to graduate with a perfect 4.0 GPA and a perfect 100/100 conduct score from the Hanoi University of Education in 2025.
Despite being discouraged from leaving medical school for education, The Phuong persevered, graduating with honors and a 3.99/4 GPA, securing master's scholarships from France and Taiwan.
