Civil servants across the entire system will be assigned to job positions and receive corresponding salaries by 1/7/2026 at the latest, as directed by the Prime Minister.
The city will transfer 1,052 surplus civil servants from various units to understaffed communes and wards to address staffing imbalances following mergers in early july.
