Hanoi Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital recently performed emergency surgery on a 16-year-old girl who developed severe pelvic inflammatory disease and large abscesses in both fallopian tubes, leading to extensive adhesions in her abdominal cavity, following two self-initiated unwanted pregnancy terminations.
