The Ho Chi Minh City Social Insurance agency has proposed additional local support of 20% of voluntary social insurance contributions for workers aged 45-60 to qualify for pensions after 15 years of contributions.

Voluntary social insurance participants can retire at 55-60 after 20 years of contributions
