Nearly 400 Tay and Nung ethnic students at Van Thuy Primary and Secondary School in Chien Thang commune welcomed a spacious new library on 21/8, after two months of construction.
With support from Home Credit Vietnam, many children in Lam Dong and Lao Cai will no longer face studying in makeshift wooden and tin classrooms amidst rain and wind.
