Lotte Hotel Saigon offers two premium options: the Deluxe box with 4 mooncakes and two boxes of premium tea, priced at 1.488 million VND per box, and the Premium box with 4 mooncakes, two boxes of premium tea, and a box of premium bird's nest, priced at 1.988 million VND per box.

Each box contains 4 mooncake flavors made with premium ingredients: premium bird's nest mixed nuts with salted egg yolk, scallop mixed nuts with salted egg yolk and charcoal, lotus seed and oat with salted egg yolk, and matcha with macadamia nuts.
