Many 4- and 5-star hotels in Hanoi are offering attractive deals for the 2/9 National Day holiday, supporting the city's tourism promotion campaign. Unlike budget hotels, many luxury hotels are at over 90% capacity but can still accommodate guests, especially those seeking convenient locations for the parade.
The Novotel Hanoi Thai Ha is offering a package from 3.6 million VND for a one-night stay on 1/9. The package is for a family of two adults and two children under 16 and includes a buffet dinner, drinks, and souvenirs. Similarly, the Novotel Suites Hanoi offers guests a complimentary lunch or dinner, along with flexible early check-in and late check-out depending on availability.

Dang Thi Hai Linh, General Manager of the Novotel Hanoi Thai Ha and Novotel Suites Hanoi, said that the hotels are at over 90% capacity. Their convenient locations for accessing parade viewing spots and fireworks displays are key attractions. The Novotel Thai Ha is about an 8-minute drive from Ba Dinh Square, while the Novotel Suites Hanoi is about a 15-minute drive from My Dinh Stadium.
In Cau Giay district, the Movenpick Living West Hanoi is offering a "Good Morning - National Day" package from 2.1 million VND for two-night stays. The package includes breakfast and a 20% discount on food and beverage services. Although not located on the parade route, this hotel is a convenient choice for viewing fireworks at My Dinh Stadium.
In the city center, the Thang Long Opera Hotel (Hoan Kiem district) offers rates from 2.6 to 3 million VND for two-night stays, including breakfast, afternoon tea, and a gift basket of Old Quarter specialties. The hotel is conveniently located a 3-minute walk from the Hanoi Opera House and offers rooftop views of the fireworks over Hoan Kiem Lake. Guests can also purchase rooftop bar tickets from 99,000 VND to enjoy the fireworks display.

Located on Cat Linh street near a metro station, the Grand Mercure Hanoi offers attractive room rates from 1.2 million VND per night for stays of two nights or more. This price is considered a good deal compared to the average rate of nearly 3 million VND per night for a Deluxe room in September. Guests also receive complimentary afternoon tea, welcome drinks, and a 20% discount on all food and beverage services.
The Hanoi Hotel on Giang Vo street, conveniently located near parade viewing points, is also offering a 20% discount, with rooms starting from 2.2 million VND. Guests also receive a voucher for a dim sum buffet and a commemorative T-shirt printed with "To quoc trong tim" ("Fatherland in my heart"). "We want to give visitors unforgettable memories during this important holiday," said Richard Yit, General Manager of Hanoi Hotel.

With its prime location next to the Hanoi Opera House and on the main parade route, the Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi is an ideal place to stay for visitors who want to immerse themselves in the National Day atmosphere. Despite high demand, the hotel maintains stable pricing to provide the best experience for guests.
Guests can also experience the "Path of History" tour, exploring the bomb shelter deep beneath the hotel, which provided safe haven for many famous guests during wartime, including American actress Jane Fonda. After the war, the shelter was forgotten and sealed for decades. In 2011, during renovations of the Bamboo Bar area, the hotel's engineering team rediscovered this important historical site.
