The restaurant was full from the moment it opened. Additional staff were called in, so customers didn't have to wait long. A family from Hung Yen said they only waited 10 minutes for their pho. A group of tourists from Nam Dinh, after watching the parade on Van Cao - Lieu Giai street, walked to Hanoi Zoo to buy tickets. They said they had purchased bus tickets back home for 5 p.m. and wanted to make the most of their time.
