With the support of CAE and EHL, Sun Group will develop two academies: Sun Aviation Academy (SAA) and Sun Tourism Academy (STA). These academies will offer internationally standardized training programs, integrating theory, practice, and real-world experience.
This marks a new venture for the group, following its entry into the aviation sector and the merger of its entertainment (Sun World) and hospitality (Sun Hospitality Group) brands into Sun Hospitality & Entertainment Group.
According to the memorandum of understanding, CAE will support Sun Aviation Academy in developing an Approved Training Organization (ATO) program, collaborating with the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam to train pilots, flight attendants, and ground staff. The goal is to become a leading aviation training center in the region, providing high-quality personnel for the industry.
Meanwhile, EHL will work with Sun Tourism Academy to develop a generation of internationally qualified personnel in the entertainment and hospitality sector, contributing to improving the quality of Vietnam's tourism industry. With over 130 years of history, EHL is known as the "Harvard of the global hospitality industry".
