Three upscale restaurants at Pullman Hai Phong Grand Hotel

Pullman Hai Phong Grand Hotel, home to Food ConneXion, Mad Cow Wine & Grill, and Red Flowers Pavilion, is a haven for discerning diners.

Pullman Hai Phong Grand Hotel, which opened earlier this year, boasts three restaurants and three bars under the direction of Food and Beverage Director Kim Gates. Gates has over 30 years of experience in 5-star hotels across the globe, including Australia, Abu Dhabi, Moscow, and the Maldives.

Located on the 31st floor, Mad Cow Wine & Grill offers an intimate and romantic setting with both indoor and outdoor seating. Guests can enjoy panoramic views of Hai Phong during sunset or as the city lights twinkle. It's an ideal spot for couples seeking elegance and those who appreciate imported steaks and premium seafood.

Mad Cow Wine & Grill features prime beef imported from the US, Japan, and Australia, alongside fresh local seafood. Favorites include the seafood tower and the Butcher's Block, perfect for grill enthusiasts.

Signature dishes include Shandong-style crispy fried Antarctic cod, steamed Alaskan king crab with egg, Wagyu A4 beef stir-fried with asparagus in black pepper sauce, and Shunde-style chicken stir-fry.

Red Flowers Pavilion, on the third floor, presents an elegant dining experience with private rooms. This restaurant is perfect for those who enjoy Chinese cuisine, family gatherings, and intimate events. The menu features Cantonese specialties and creative interpretations of classic dishes like roasted pig, Peking duck, and clay pot chicken. Dishes vary daily, from a traditional dim sum lunch to seafood dinners. The dim sum buffet starts at 488,000 VND.

Food ConneXion, also on the third floor, offers a spacious setting with a capacity of up to 230 guests.

This all-day dining restaurant serves a diverse menu, incorporating various global cuisines. Local Hai Phong specialties and traditional Vietnamese dishes are also expertly prepared with fresh, authentic flavors.

From 20/9 to 28/9, Food ConneXion will host a Korean food week, featuring two guest chefs from Fairmont Ambassador Seoul. The event promises a unique Korean experience within their weekend seafood buffet.
